Nehemiah leadership institute (NLI) is a certified advanced leadership institute and an affiliate of RCCG Team Nehemiah with the aim of building men and women who can excel under the pressures of life and remain steadfast.
NLI has graduated more than 500 students in the past 7years and is running its 7th session presently. The institute has engaged facilitators from the 7mountains of societal influence (media, government, art and entertainment, business, religion, family, education). NLI also aims at having affiliations with other leadership institutes e.g. Institute for National Transformation and other international leadership schools.

Our SEMESTER
NLI is divided into two module:
The first module focuses on Leadership foundation which introduces students to principles of Leadership
The second module focuses on Leadership fundamentals which instils practice of Leadership from spheres of influence in the society with plethora of facilitators from all facet of influence.

Meet Our Facilitators
Notable among facilitators who have graced this citadel of knowledge.
They guide the participants through a series of predefined steps to arrive at a result that is created, understood and accepted by all participants.
Our facilitators do not dictate the solutions but, use a more focused process, accompanied by well-proven strategies to optimize and help the participants achieve their results.
I have learnt about conciseness. Mentorship is another virtue because I had gone so far to bringing other leaders the way we have been brought up here. I also have a better composure as a result of the confidence I gained through the profound knowledge gained in the course of the program.
The key to success is found here. Money is good but we must make man. Integrity is the key here. I have been applying that in my profession as a surveyor.
I have learnt to be a better leader, especially to be an effective pastor, you must bury your pride. You must know how to manage and coordinate to excel. On the 18th of January, I appeared before 33 royal fathers to invite them for the HGS. My character as an Ijesa boy changed from arrogance to humility. I also plan to further my education.
I learnt a lot from NLI, I could only preach with Yoruba. I was asked to go to school but refused because women are not allowed to be educated in my family. I made sure I trained all my children in school, but after coming to NLI, I was made to know I could go back to school. And at age 69, I had gone back to school to brush up my English.
